Returns Policy:
We certainly hope you are more than happy with your items but in the event that you must return something the following policy applies:
We offer a 100% guarantee on all our items. If you are unsatisfied with them for any reason you may return the items for a full refund of the purchase price. The following conditions apply:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and in like-new condition.
- You must notify us at returns@dogzanny.com of your intention to return your items and obtain an RMA number from us which must be clearly written on the box. Boxes which do not have RMA numbers clearly visible will delay credit for the return.
- You are responsible for shipping costs to return items and are responsible for ensuring that the items are packed well to avoid damage in transit.
- We are not responsible for lost Activation Keys for e-books.
With Regard to e-book purchases:
We will provide support for e-book purchases for a duration of 30 days after the date of purchase. You must activate your e-book within 30 days of purchase. Deleting, copying, or moving an e-book file requires that it be "re-activated" this requires an internet connection to verify your license key. We cannot guarantee that the key library provided by "secure-ebook" and on "secure-ebook" servers will always exist and therefore cannot guarantee you will always be able to re-activate your e-book should you need to do so. We will not replace lost activation keys. Please print a copy of your activation key and keep it in a safe place.
Back Ordered Items:
Items on back-order are usually available with 1-2 weeks. If you do not wish to wait for items on back-order you may cancel your order by notifying us at order_status@dogzanny.com. Be sure to include your order number.
Shipping Policy:
Currently we ship only within the United States of America. We usually ship items same day if the order is received on a business day and before 3pm EST but it can take up to 3 business days to process an order; exceptions may include certain holidays, inclement weather or acts of God. All items will be shipped by U.S. Mail, and if shipped via Priority Mail will have a delivery confirmation number. Priority Mail orders usually take between 2-3 days but can take longer depending on where you live. We charge standard shipping rates as determined by the USPS and add a modest handling fee (about 20 cents). Delivery options will be subject to USPS policies. A tracking number will be emailed to you if applicable.
